Out and about! After a delicious breakfast at the Hotel we headed out to view the amazing sights of Orchard Road

Joie and Elizabeth, experienced Singapore travellers from THIMUN 2014, revisit some familiar sights

The Christmas decorations are stunning.

After lunch we went on a bus tour around Singapore, visiting an outdoor market nestled in-between huge apartment buildings (yummy donuts!)...

Mrs White thinking about those donuts!

A short walk through the predominantly Muslim quarter...

 Say "THIMUN!"

 ....and colourful fabric shops.

We caught a train from our nearest station Dhoby Ghaut in the evening and headed to the beautiful Marina Bay gardens

Joie took charge and organised everyone's train tickets. Go Joie!
Nancy was not fazed by the ticketing system!

Singapore is beautiful - it has so many different types of architecture, from traditional to ultra modern, such as this one, the famous Marina Bay Sands Resort. it has an infinity pool and garden at the top!

The stunning view overlooking Supertree Grove and Cloud Forest and Flower Dome Conservatories.
The Super Trees are amazing! Measuring between 25 and 50 metres tall, these tree-like vertical gardens are designed with large canopies that provide shade in the day and come alive with a display of light and sound at night.
